Reservations are acceptable by phone and require a full payment via a Credit Card upon time of reservation. After booking a tour, you will receive an email confirmation within 24 hours of reservation submission. The email confirmation will provide you with all of the information you need regarding the location of the tour meeting place. If you do not receive your confirmation within 24 hours, please call us at (403) 283-3158, or email us at bookings@urbansafaritours.com.

Cancellation and Refund policies
Prices are per person. All transactions are in CDN dollars. Urban Safari Tours has strict cancellation policies and the opportunity for a refund resulting from a cancellation is limited. Payment in full is considered as agreement to the following terms and conditions:

Cancellation Policy: Full refund available if cancelled prior to 48 hours before day of tour. If less than 48 hours notice is given, Urban Safari Tours reserves the right to charge 75% of tour cost. Urban Safari Tours reserves the right to charge 100% of tour cost for no-shows. Tour participants choosing to depart prior to tour completion will not be eligible for any credit or refund. Refunds: In the event that Urban Safari Tours cancels a tour due to weather or unpreventable circumstances, you will receive a refund of 100% of the tour price, and will be given as much advance notification as possible.

Liability: Urban Safari Tours is not liable for and denies any responsibility for personal injury and property damage/loss/theft arising out of the activities while on a Urban Safari Tour. Tour participants will be required to sign a liability waiver before commencement of tour.

Security: For security and to reduce fraud a Photo ID will be required by the tour operation with your E-ticket. E-ticket must be signed and presented to tour leader. As well, a signature on a hard-copy credit card slip will be required prior to commencement of tour.

Credit Card Safety: Your credit card information is safe when you book with Urban Safari Tours. To ensure our security, we use industry standard 128 bit Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology that encrypts your credit card details as they travel over the Internet. The padlock in the bottom right-hand corner of your browser shows that a digital certificate has been installed and that SSL encryption is in place. If you have any concerns, please feel free to call us at (403)283-3158 anytime.

IMPORTANT: Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled tour time to check-in. It is your responsibility to be at the designated tour location on the correct date and time. Please check your confirmation carefully. No refund for No-Shows.
